Scope of this policy

This policy covers the corporate website at iovector.com: general information about IOVector, our consulting practice, and enquiries made through this site. It does not cover IOVector’s products — see IOVector’s products below.

Information we collect

• Contact and enquiry information. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, work email, company, and message, so we can respond to your enquiry.
• Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, general location, device type). Google processes this data under its own privacy terms.
• Spam and abuse prevention. The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which assesses interaction signals and may process your IP address to distinguish legitimate enquiries from automated abuse.

How we use and disclose information

We use enquiry information to respond to you, for business development, and to manage client conversations. We use analytics data in aggregate to understand and improve the site. We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only to the service providers named above (in their role as processors), where required by law, or with your consent.

Storage and security

Enquiry information is stored in our content management system with access restricted to authenticated IOVector staff. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information and retain it only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.

Access, correction, and complaints

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting [email protected]. If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, you can raise a complaint with us at the same address, or with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if you are not satisfied with our response.

IOVector’s products

Alongside consulting, IOVector develops and operates standalone products — currently Mr C, with more expected to follow. Each product maintains its own current Privacy Policy describing exactly how that product collects, uses, and protects data, which is authoritative for that product and may differ from this page. This policy does not describe any product’s data-handling practices.
